Each villa is typified by vaulted ceilings, large glass sliding doors, and natural cool materials, including sandstone and teak wood. The estate’s classic hipped Thai roofs are a reflection of the roofs that crown Thai temples and houses of royalty. Each showcases the ‘panlom’ or the bargeboard, which is the most decorated element attached at the edge of each gable, as well as the impressive, pointed spires that rise like horns to form the most distinct and favourite feature.  The tantalising sea views are immediately apparent from stepping into the central entrance hall of each villa, and remain a focal point throughout. On the seaward side of the estate, a large wooden deck borders three sides of each villa’s private swimming pool, together with an integrated hot tub, and a fountain feature. Adjacent to each pool deck is a huge living pavilion, which features soaring wood-panelled ceilings, wooden floors, and foldaway glass walls that open onto the pool, beach, and view to maximise indoor-outdoor living.
