“Wonderful villa!”
We have just returned from a wonderful week at this villa.The staff, headed up by Fon were so helpful & the food was extraordinary. The villa is on the most unspoilt part of the island & is very comfortable. Fon arranged massages, yoga & a boat trip & the hire of two scooters for two of us to explore. I would highly recommend this to anyone wanting to have time away in Asia.

Nothing was ever too much for the Villa staff. The facilities are fantastic with gym steam and sauna on site. secluded beach. We had the most delicious meals every time we ate. The food was 5 star. The location is idyllic for those who want to get away from the tourist areas. Stayed here with a group of 11. Would return again and again!

“Paradise.. Will definitely return again.”
Beautiful colonial style villa with plenty of space and a nice big pool. The private beach is cozy and clean! For anyone who wants to do some work, there is a nice dedicated office room! The highlight is the team, they made our stay especially memorable. The chef’s cooking skills are Michelin restaurant’s niveau! Ask him for a sea food Tom yum!

“Luxury experience, amazing villa and excellent service.”
It's our second time staying at Baan Chang, the first stay was at Baan Samlarn. Our group has been coming back thrice over the past 4 years because we simply couldn't find anything better in Koh Samui for what we're looking for a beach side villa with excellent service that doesn't cost a fortune. Many previous guests have pointed out that the villas are close to a public pier, and we did notice that this year there were more ferries coming in and out than before. However, there was no deterioration to the quality of the water, in fact, the beach was even cleaner than during our past stays.
The quality of the meals prepared at the villa has been excellent. In fact, this year we decided not to bother with going to outside restaurants because the meals at the villa are as good if not better, and at a fraction of the price because you only pay for the produce.
The staff at Baan Chang are excellent and friendly. In particular, the housekeeper, Tui, did an outstanding job. Tik was very pleasant and helpful as well.

“Amazing staff, gorgeous property and paradise found!”
This was our third time staying at Baan Samlarn and as usual, the vacation met every expectation. The staff is second to none, attending to your every need and ensuring you and your guests are well cared for. The villa manager, Fon, as well as the other staff make the visit a true vacation and the oceanfront location has views for days. The Chef who tends to guests is one of the best on the island and he can cook anything your heart desires as well as meet any dietary restriction or request. From your driver, to your masseuse, to the boat boys - everyone who assists works to make your stay exceptional. The best thing I can say about Baan Samlarn is that we keep coming back because the vacation and location is just that good. The home is spectacular, the staff is welcoming and the island of Samui is one of culture and enjoyment. One of the best vacations we have ever taken and remains so every time we visit. Baan Samlarn will not disappoint.

“A piece of paradise.”
As I am writing this review, I am in the process of booking my 10th visit to Baan Samlarn. It is a beautiful villa, located on a beautiful cove, in Koh Samui. The 5 bedroom villa is perfect for a friends gathering, family reunion or just a quiet break away from it all. We have done all of these. We have tried 7 villas around Thailand but always can not wait to come back to this particular villa. It is the beautiful breeze, the fantastic staff, the special sitting areas and the beautiful beach that make it so very special. It is the only place in the world, you cannot wait to wake up, to see the colors and beautiful view around you.

“We will be back!”
Very rarely do we travel somewhere that completely exceeds expectations, this was one of the few occasions. The pictures simply don’t do it justice, it’s stunning. The rooms are luxury but not super high end luxury so very comfortable for a family. Wonderful open living areas and a great pool that is deep enough to have fun jumping in to. The staff are amazing and very helpful, Run the villa manager went out of her way to look after us all. We had 3 young children with us who were all treated wonderfully. The chef was super and we opted to have a BBQ by the beach sala twice during our weeks stay other than that it was delicious Thai food, all very reasonably priced indeed and exceedingly high quality. If you want a very peaceful holiday in Samui this place is a little slice of heaven. I miss it already! We will be back!
