Events at Dhevatara Cove Estate
Each of the villa can accommodate up to a maximum of 40 guests (combination of seating and standing, including villa guests).
Please note that Baan Chang can accommodate up to a maximum 50 guests (combination of seating and standing, including villa guests).
Minimum stay of 3 nights for low and shoulder Season
Minimum stay of 5 nights for High Season Season
Minimum stay of 7 nights for Peak Season Season
Event fees of USD 1,200 + 7% tax
Pre and Post-Event day events can be arranged
with a separate fee of USD 600 + 7% tax

Music and Event Curfew
Where number of guests exceed 1.5 times of the occupancy of the villa, a security deposit of THB 100,000 will be collected. Where number of guests is less than 1.5 times of the occupancy of the villa for small group events, a security deposit of THB 50,000 will be collected.
Note: Security deposit is refundable provided no damage or deep cleaning at the villa is required.

Fireworks are only allowed for weddings and a permit needs to be approved by local authorities at least 2 weeks before the event.
